Bigdon guarantees this protector to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser.  Bigdon will repair or replace this protector without any additional cost to the customer.  The guarantee applies only to the Bigdon surge protector and not to any equipment connected to it.  The guarantee does not apply when the protector has been altered, or damaged from exposure to fire, water or sun.  The guarantee does not apply if the protector has been abused or damaged by a open neutral condition.  If you have any problems with a Bigdon Surge Protector please call in Mexico (622)226-1219 to generate a registration number and receive instructions on how to return the damaged product to us.
