           Whole House Surge Protection

Protectors designed for the higher voltage found in Mexico

Installation instructions CB-102 3-Phase

1) After removing the cover for the main service entrance, check that there is an inter-connection to the ground.  This is very important because any surges that are intercepted must be sent to the ground were they can do no damage.

2) Remove the cover to the main breaker panel and  determine the location were the Bigdon surge suppresser will be installed.

3) Using a volt-meter verify that there is the proper voltage in the box.

4) With the electricity turned off place the Bigdon surge suppresser inside the box and trim the four wires to fit.  3 black leads will go, one on each of the breaker connections on the load side and the white lead goes to the ground bar inside the box.  Make the wires as short as possible but allow for easy installation.

5) Check all connections to see that they are tight, using caution  as the“lines in” are hot.

6) Close the box

7) Turn the power back on.
